Henley sells Tesco Hayes

The Tesco store in Hayes has changed hands  for £70m, it is reported.

Property Week says that Realty Income Corporation has acquired the 100,000 sq ft store from Henley Investments, who have owned it since December 2019, when they paid just over £50m for it.

Realty Income Corporation is a San Diego-based investor which also owns 12 Sainsbury’s supermarkets and another Tesco store in Enfield.
