Mayor of London Sadiq Khan has given approval for a 1970s office block in Ealing to be redeveloped into two office blocks totalling 250,000 sq ft.
The development, designed by Hutchinson & Partners, will replace CP House with an 11 and 13-storey building that could deliver 1600 jobs in the area.
Work on the Uxbridge Road site, in the heart of Ealing’s Office Quarter, could start in September.
Building services engineer Thornton Reynolds and structural engineers at Heyne Tillett Steel will support the project.
