20 Jul AIPUT lets new Heathrow warehouse to ECMS Global

AIPUT (Airport Industrial Property Unit Trust) has welcomed international logistics specialists EFL Global as its new tenant on the recently completed Black Arrow warehouse.

The high-specification and operationally net-zero 27,000 sq. ft. industrial warehouse at London Heathrow will become the first UK base for the global freight forwarder and international logistics specialist.

AIPUT  said: “Immediately adjacent to AIPUT’s Blackthorne Point industrial estate, across the M25 from Terminal 5 and within a mile of Junction 14 on the M25, this letting at Black Arrow reinforces the health of the occupier market and international appetite for high-quality modern warehouse space around Heathrow and West London.

“The brand new warehouse will bring new jobs to the local area, together with the delivery of significant highway improvements to the adjacent Blackthorne Road, improving access to the Poyle Trading Estate for local businesses.”
