Barratt Homes and the Hyde Group have had plans approved for the latest phase of the 2000 home Eastman Village, on part of the former Kodak factory site.
Harrow Council granted permission for 474 homes in blocks up to 14 storeys high at Harrow View East. Forty per cent of properties by habitable rooms will be affordable, split 60:40 affordable rent levels to shared ownership.
