03 May Argent to deliver 397 homes in Brent Cross Town development

Developer Argent has given dates for the completion of 397 homes that will be part of the 15-year Brent Cross Town development.

Argent said 277 of those homes will be built this year.

Phase one will include affordable housing, market sale homes, and student accommodation, with a further 120 homes for completion in 2024.

The Brent Cross development is a £7billion urban regeneration project that will deliver 6,700 new homes to the area.
