Barratt London’s plans for additional homes at the former Nestle factory in Hayes have been approved.
In June 2018, Barratt London and SEGRO received planning permission for a new mixed-use development on the site of the former Nestle factory to provide 1,386 homes, employment areas and new amenities. Barratt London’s new application will increase the number of homes to a total of 1,473, including 595 affordable homes.
