Brent Council has confirmed it will deliver 99 affordable homes in Church End.
In partnership with construction company Wates, the new housing area will also include a market square and commercial space.
The development forms part of the council’s wider plans to revitalise the area, including new jobs, community centres, green spaces, and 1,300 homes.
Brent Council is consulting on the future of Church End and asking locals to have their say.
