Chiswick Park Enjoy-Work appoints new sustainability manager

Chiswick Park Enjoy-Work has appointed Aliki Koemtzopoulou as its new sustainability manager, leading on the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Strategy.

Aliki will play a crucial role in the sustainability of the 1.8million sq ft office development in Chiswick, helping to minimise the environmental impact of business while making a positive difference in the community.

Aliki brings 10 years of experience in sustainability, having worked for six years at GlaxoSmithKline in Corporate Social Responsibility and ESG. Aliki holds a master’s degree in Environmental Engineering and Business Management from Imperial College London.

Speaking on her new appointment, Aliki said: “I am delighted to be joining Chiswick Park Enjoy-Work. My vision is to help companies embed sustainability in business decision making at an early stage, to tackle environmental impact at the root. I am passionate about helping people understand the sustainability principles and demonstrate its benefits through practical solutions.”

Matt Coulson, CEO of Chiswick Park Enjoy-Work, added: “Aliki will bring a new perspective to our ESG strategy and will support our business to achieve our environmental targets and set out measures to reduce both our own impact on the environment and that of our Guest companies, suppliers and partners.”

Home to 75 of some of the world’s leading companies such as Discovery, Paramount Pictures, IMG and Pernod Ricard, Chiswick Park benefits from its on-site property management team responsible for overseeing and performing the daily operations of the campus, as well as organising a programme of regular activities and concierge services dedicated to more than 10,000 guests working onsite.
