21 Sep CWL to host discussion on the role digital places will play in driving investment at Real Estate Live UK
Capital West London is hosting a free-to-attend session at next month’s Real Estate Live UK – exploring the role digital places will play in driving investment.
As the world’s most connected place; people, their ideas and information already move seamlessly across physical and virtual boundaries in West London and as we move into a new digital transition – the fourth industrial revolution – the combination of the COVID-19 pandemic and an accessible market price point will accelerate the adoption of digital solutions as part of development and infrastructure faster than ever before.
The session, which takes place from 3pm-4pm on Wednesday 6 October, will ask how West London can weave digital into plans to optimise places and assets – both new and existing – and support resilient, healthy and safe communities, as well as exploring the investment opportunities created by experience driven, human-centric digital infrastructure and places.
Speakers confirmed to take part in the discussion include Alex Silver, WSP’s Digital Places Lead and Fin Kelly, West London Alliance’s Strategic Lead – Digital and Smart Cities. You can sign up here.
West London will also be represented in two other sessions during Real Estate Live UK week next month – with a session on Ealing’s Plan for Good Jobs, in partnership with Ealing Council between 11am and 12pm on Monday 4 October and a session in partnership with Hammersmith BID from 12pm-1pm on Wednesday 6 October.
All sessions across the week are free to attend, and the full programme can be found here.
