13 Apr Linden Hill to sell Old Oak data centre site

Linden Hill are reported to be marketing their consented data centre site at Old Oak.

The 1.2 acre site, on North Acton Road, was granted consent for a 269,000 sq ft data centre by OPDC earlier in 2021, although it still remains to be approved by the Mayor of London, to whom it was routinely referred.

Linden Hill is looking to sell the consent to a data centre operator.
