Notting Hill Genesis will be launching the first phase of shared ownership apartments at Lampton Parkside Hounslow, on 13 August.

The development benefits from connections to the capital and surrounding areas as well as the 40-acre Lampton Park green space on their doorstep, with walking trails, tennis courts, and a scenic rose garden.

The new two-bedroom apartments feature a private balcony, open-plan living space, and a range of kitchen appliances, including a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washer-dryer, and microwave. The matte-finish kitchen units bring a modern style to the units as does the mirrored, built-in wardrobes.
