12 May Sheppard Robson to deliver 39 affordable homes in Harrow

Sheppard Robson has won approval for a 100% affordable housing project in Harrow.

The Milton Road scheme will rise to seven storeys and deliver 12 homes for council and 27 for shared ownership as well as flexible community space, a cycle hub and children’s play area.

The scheme is the first project for the Harrow Strategic Development Partnership, a collaboration between Wates Residential and Harrow Council. The partnership aims to deliver 1,500 new homes, a new civic centre, and workspaces as part of the 10-year £690million regeneration plan.
