17 Dec TfL looking for partner for major West London housing schemes
Transport for London is seeking a joint venture partner to develop multiple housing schemes across West London over the next 15 years.
Companies have until 17 January 2022 to bid for the job.
The partnership would include the Bollo Lane development in Acton. TfL’s largest residential scheme, at a cost of £1billion, will deliver 900 homes over nine blocks.
The next phase of TfL’s plans involves two developments valued at £80million and £185million, with a third phase including a £360million scheme at Ealing Common Depot.
TfL plans to deliver 10,000 homes across London as part of its housing programme, which includes scope for 50% affordable homes.
