West Drayton hotel to become 41 affordable homes

Trinity Homeless Projects, a charity based in Hillingdon, has received a social investment loan of £3.25million from Social and Sustainable Capital (SASC) from its Third Sector Investment Fund.

This funding has enabled the charity to purchase the Riverside Hotel in West Drayton to convert into 41 affordable apartments to let to single people and couples on long-term tenancies.

The fully-contained studio rooms will house those who rely on Trinity’s services, supporting them as they make their transition from shared houses back into the private rented sector.

The first tenants are scheduled to move in in July when refurbishment has completed.
