21 Feb Weston Homes to deliver new Feltham homes

Developer Weston Homes will build a collection of luxury one and two-bedroom flats at Manor Lane, Feltham.

The new homes are expected to be available this spring with a selection earmarked for the government’s Help to Buy scheme.

New residents will benefit from Feltham’s shops, parks, and good schools, while nearby transport connections carry passengers into Central London, Heathrow and beyond.

The high-quality flats will include designer kitchens with integrated appliances and quartz worktops, while bedrooms and en suites will feature quality brands and Smart technology, including digital taps, showers and bathtubs, ad Smart mirrors with de-mist technology.

Feltham is currently undergoing a £15million regeneration project over the next 15 years, which will improve transport, shopping and entertainment, as well as deliver around 3,500 new homes.
